BRANCHBURG, N.J. – Senior Cassie Pantelas (Canton, Ohio), and sophomores Sammie Staudt (Coatesville, Pa.) and Lizzie Win (Sylvania, Ohio) all registered match play victories as the Seton Hall women's golf team defeated Penn, 3.5 to 1.5 in the semifinal round of "Match Madness at Fox Hollow" on Saturday.

In the other semifinal, Princeton defeated Columbia, 3-to-2, so the Pirates will take on the Tigers tomorrow for the event title.

Playing in the No. 2 position, Win easily downed Penn's Tiffany Yau, 6&5. Pantelas defeated her opponent, Rina Jung, 3&1, while Staudt took care of Michelle Yom, 4&3.

Freshman Mia Kness (Venetia, Pa.) halved (tied) Penn's top golfer, Christina Park.

Sophomore Maddie Sager (Phoenixville, Pa) fell to Penn's Janet Zhang, 4&3.

Playing as individuals, senior Macky Fouse (Aliquippa, Pa.) dominated Princeton's Amanda Brown, 6&5, while junior Gianna Tomeo (Bradenton, Fla.) was edged by Princeton's Anabelle Chang, 1 UP.
