
Pirates Host Providence Sunday On FS2

The Seton Hall women's basketball team (10-5, 2-2 BIG EAST) will be under the national spotlight on Sunday afternoon, playing host to Providence (10-7, 2-3 BIG EAST) in a contest airing across the country on FS2. Lisa Byington and Sarah Kustok will have the call for the 1 p.m. tip, which will also be available on the FOX Sports app and over the air on WSOU, 89.5 FM.Â
In order to #PackWalsh for the national TV audience, The Hall is welcoming students back from winter break with a special promotion. All Seton Hall students in attendance can visit the Marketing table to receive a Seton Hall Pirates drawstring bag as a 'Welcome Back' gift to start the semester off right! As always, tickets are FREE for faculty and staff. All others can find seats by clicking this link.

The Hall got a career-high 32 points from Shadeen Samuels to win a high-scoring affair against Creighton at Walsh Gym, while the Friars out-lasted St. John's in an overtime affair in Queens. Seton Hall swept two games with Providence last season, winning both by the exact score of 65-56.Â
