After falling at home for the first time this season on Friday night, the Seton Hall women's basketball team (12-7, 4-4 BIG EAST) is right back in action on Sunday afternoon when it plays host to Georgetown (9-10, 3-6 BIG EAST) inside Walsh Gym. Tip-off is set for 1 p.m. and will air on the BIG EAST Digital Network and FOX Sports app as well as WSOU.net.
Both squads are coming off Friday night setbacks, with the Pirates falling to Villanova while the Hoyas dropped an eight-point decision at St. John's. The two squads split their regular season series a year ago, with each team winning on its home floor.Â

- Inja Butina scored a career-high 22 points on Friday, while Shadeen Samuels snared a career-best 16 rebounds

- The Hall split two contests against Georgetown in the regular season last year, with each team winning on its home floor
- In the first meeting at Walsh Gym on Jan. 14, the Pirates came away with a 70-65 victory in Anthony Bozzella's 400th career victory as a collegiate head coach
- Kimi Evans was one of three Pirates in double-figures in the triumph, scoring a then-career high 12 points and snaring seven rebounds
- In the return game in Washington on Feb. 9, the Hoyas used a big fourth quarter to come away with a 71-52 win
- Inja Butina led the Pirates with 13 points in the setback and Shadeen Samuels grabbed 10 rebounds
- Georgetown visits Walsh Gym with a 9-10 overall record and a 3-6 mark in BIG EAST play
- The Hoyas are led by the high-scoring backcourt trio of Dionna White (15.5 ppg), Dorothy Adomako (15.2 ppg) and Mikayla Venson (10.6 ppg)
- White leads GU on the glass with 7.8 rebounds per game and also paces the squad in assists (53) and steals (45)
- As a team, Georgetown is one of the stingiest defenses in the BIG EAST and holds opponents to only 35.0 percent shooting and 57.8 points per game
