OMAHA, NEB. – Sophomore Senna Roberts-Navarro (Honolulu, Hawaii) had eight kills and no attack errors, but the Seton Hall women's volleyball team fell in three sets at No. 5 Creighton, 3-0 (12-25, 16-25, 10-25), on Friday.

The loss snaps Seton Hall's three-match win streak and extends its losing streak to Creighton to 20 matches.

Roberts-Navarro had a team-high eight kills, no attack errors and a .333 attack percentage. Graduate student Maddie Klungel (Napa, Calif.) had team-bests of 14 assists and seven digs to go with three kills.

SET 1:
Creighton got off to a hot start in the opening set, scoring seven of the first eight points. A kill by Roberts-Navarro cut The Hall's deficit to 11-5, but the Bluejays scored five of the next six points to grab a commanding 16-6 advantage. Creighton went on to win the opening set, 25-12. Creighton had a .423 attack percentage in set one.

SET 2:
Trailing 16-9 in the second set, The Hall went on a 6-1 run to cut its deficit to 17-15. The Bluejays bounced back, however, and an 8-1 run closed out the set, 25-16, in Creighton's favor. Seton Hall improved, but still only hit .167 in the second frame.

SET 3:
A kill by Roberts-Navarro cut The Hall's deficit to 5-4, but Creighton responded with a 15-1 run to grab a commanding 20-5 advantage.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS:

Roberts-Navarro had a team-best eight kills, no attack errors and a .333 attack percentage.
Seton Hall recorded a .090 attack percentage for the match, while Creighton attacked at .356.
The Pirates had 19 kills, while Creighton had 44.
The Hall recorded 24 digs, while the Bluejays had 44.
Seton Hall collected 0.0 blocks and Creighton had 4.0.

NEWS & NOTES:

The Hall falls to 11-15 overall on the season and 5-10 in the BIG EAST, while Creighton improves to 24-2 overall and 15-0 in conference play.
Seton Hall is now 3-21 all-time against Creighton and has dropped the last 20 matches and 55 sets in the series.
The Hall drops to 5-5 this season in three-set matches.
