Kitzinger Lands on BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

NEW YORK – Junior forward Adria Kitzinger (Ridley Park, Pa.) has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the conference announced Monday afternoon.
Kitzinger scored a pair of goals in Saturday's 5-2 defeat to Xavier at Owen T. Carroll Field. The tallies from Kitzinger came in short succession, scoring first in the 47th minute on a strike from the middle of the penalty area. Just over a minute later, a foul in the box allowed Kitzinger to convert a penalty kick which cut the Pirate deficit to one at the time. The brace, which was the first of Kitzinger's career, was the fourth by a Seton Hall player this season.
Kitzinger and the Pirates remain home this week to host DePaul in the Mary Jennings Memorial Game on Wednesday night at 6 p.m.
