LEWISBURG, PA. – As the midway point of the season approaches, the Pirates traveled to Kinney Natatorium for an early-season tune-up at the Bucknell Fall Invite.

On the three-meter board, sophomore Sarah Behrman and freshman Daphne Powell landed themselves near the top of the ten-diver field. Their scores of 216.20 and 214.10, respectively, collected third and fourth-place finishes for the pair.
When things shifted down to the one-meter board, senior Amy Kugelman continued her strong run of form. Kugelman narrowly secured victory in the 11-diver field by 2.90 points with a score of 233.25.
Swimming
On a young Seton Hall roster, the star of the day was sophomore Zeynep Aysoy. The Turk continued her sophomore leap, cruising to victories in both the 500 and 1650 freestyles, recording career-best marks of 5:01.45 and 17:18.03, respectively.
In addition to Aysoy, junior Soluna Lim produced another Pirates victory in the 100 butterfly. Lim's time of 56.16 was less than two-tenths off her career-best mark from last season's BIG EAST Championships. The Malaysian also placed second in the 100 freestyle with a career best time of 52.58.
While she didn't collect a win, Bianka Bukovics had a superb day for The Hall. After a strong showing against Monmouth, the transfer student finished second in both the 100 (56.54) and 200 (2:02.23) backstrokes.
The Pirates did manage to close the meet with a bang, however, when junior Naima Hazell won the 50 freestyle with a time of 23.21. This time was 0.01 seconds faster than her time from midseasons last year and 0.14 seconds off her school record mark from last year's BIG EAST Championships
What's Next
The Pirates will return to Imperatore Natatorium in two weeks on Friday, November 7, to host the Lehigh Mountain Hawks in The Hall's final dual meet of 2025. The meet will begin at 3 p.m.
