Cross Country Competes At ECAC/IC4A Championships

BRONX, N.Y. - The Seton Hall cross country teams were in action on Saturday at the ECAC/IC4A Championships at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. The men's team placed tenth out of 17 teams with 270 points. The Pirate women were 17th out of 20 teams, finishing with a total of 405 points.
The top finisher for the Seton Hall men was junior Justin Wood, (Walton, N.Y.) who finished in 11th place (26:10). The next finisher for Setion Hall was Alex Currie (Delphi, Ind.) in 46th (27:08). Freshman David Alfano finished in 60th place (27:23).
The women's team was paced by freshman Kerry Cahill, who placed 34th (19:32). Graduate student Erin Hagan was 71st (20:21), while sophomore Crystal Anyanwu (Beltsville, Md) placed 101st (21:10).
Seton Hall will open the 2004-05 indoor track season on December 4th with the Seton Hall Open meet.
