Cross Country Runs at BIG EAST Championship

BRONX, N.Y. The Seton Hall men’s cross country team placed 12th and the women were 16th at the BIG EAST Championships held at Van Cortlandt Park on Friday.
Three seniors paced the men’s squad as senior Pawel Kornaszewski (Clifton, N.J.) finished 48th (25:56), Rob Novak (Bordentown, N.J.) placed 53rd (26:05), and Terrance Gallogly (Providence, R.I.) was 79th (26:54). Sophomore Dwight Parker (Randallstown, Md.) finished 97th (27:49), and senior Nick Campbell (Warwick, R.I.) placed 101st (28:06).
The women’s team ran very close together with senior Chavanne Hubbard (Somerset, N.J.) leading the way, finishing 100th (24:22). Sophomore Alexandra Hehn (Toms River, N.J.) finished 103rd (24:31), senior Clarisse Moh (Paris, France) was 105th (24:35), freshman Alyssa Barrow (Millville, N.J.) was 106h (24:40), sophomore KeAira Dickerson (Wilmington, Del.) was 108th (25:08).
The Pirates return to action on November 15 for the NCAA East Regionals in Princeton, N.J.
