SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. The #12 West Virginia Mountaineers proved too much for the Seton Hall women’s basketball team on Sunday, winning 70-42 at Walsh Gymnasium. The Pirates (13-7, 3-5) have now dropped two straight games.
Freshman Ebonie Williams (Hagerstown, Md.) led SHU with 10 points, while senior Amber Harris (Washington, Pa.) and sophomore Nicole Emery (Baldwin, N.Y.) each added eight. Junior Letitia Curry (Pennsauken, N.J.) chipped in six points and nine rebounds off the bench.
