Women's Basketball Pays Visit to Veteran's Hospital

On Friday, Nov. 5, the Seton Hall women's basketball team had the privilege of visiting the VA Medical Center in East Orange, N.J. on a community service initiative. The players and coaching staff spent time in various parts of the hospital while getting to know some of the patients and thanking them for their commitment and service to the United States.
"This was a great opportunity for our young ladies to show these veterans how much they are appreciated in the community," said head coach Anne Donovan. "I think it really gave us all perspective on how lucky we are."
The Seton Hall women's basketball team will continue to be an active part of the community throughout the year as it looks to make a difference in the lives of those in the area.
