Seton Hall volleyball head coach Allison Yaeger has announced that the program is scheduled to host a one day clinic on Saturday, April 27 that will be open to all entrants grades 9-12 regardless of gender.
The clinic will be held in Historic Walsh Gymnasium, the home of the Pirates, and will feature two sessions from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The morning session will include position-specific skill work, followed by a lunch break where complimentary food will be provided. In the afternoon, attendees will take part in drills as well as 6-on-6 competition.
Yaeger, a former honorable mention AVCA All-American and Horizon League Defensive Player of the Year at Wright State, is fresh off an 18-win season in her first year at the helm for the Pirates. She will be joined in directing the clinic by assistant coach Allie Matters. Matters returned to SHU in 2012 to continue her coaching career after graduating as the program’s all-time leader in digs in 2010, a mark she still holds.
A number of current members of the SHU volleyball squad will also be on hand to provide additional assistance and instruction.
