SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Seton Hall University President Dr. A. Gabriel Esteban and Director of Athletics Pat Lyons will announce the hiring of a new head women’s basketball coach, on Wednesday, March 27 in the Richie Regan Recreation Center on the campus of Seton Hall University at 11:00 AM.
The event will be streamed live at www.shupirates.com.
Following formal remarks from Pat Lyons and Seton Hall’s new head women’s basketball coach there will be media availability for one-on-one interviews with print, radio and television outlets, in addition to photo opportunities.
Seton Hall will be hiring just the fourth women's basketball coach in the program's 40-year history.
The Pirates will be a member of the 10-team BIG EAST Conference starting with the 2013-14 season along with Butler, Creighton, DePaul, Georgetown, Marquette, Providence, St. John's, Villanova and Xavier.
