WBB WNIT First Round Tickets On Sale Now

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall women's basketball team received an at-large berth to participate in the 2014 Postseason Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT). The Pirates will host American University in their first round game on Thursday, March 20, in Walsh Gymnasium. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
Tickets for this game are available starting at Noon on Tuesday, March 18. Upper level reserved and general admission seats will be available for $12, while lower level general admission Student Section tickets will be available for $4. Students will need to show a valid SHU ID card at the Seton Hall Ticket Office to purchase. Discounted tickets for seniors (65+) or children (12 and under) are also available in person for $6 each.
Seton Hall women's basketball head coach Anthony Bozzella has generously agreed to cover the cost for the first 250 students to purchase a ticket. There is a limit of one ticket per student and those tickets are available at the Seton Hall Ticket Office beginning Noon on Tuesday.
The Seton Hall women's basketball program has qualified for postseason play for the first time in seven years and is making its fourth all-time appearance in the WNIT and the first since 2007. The Pirates will participate in a postseason tournament for just the sixth time in program history, after finishing the regular season with an 18-13 overall record and an 8-10 mark in the BIG EAST.
