Second Round WNIT Tickets On Sale Now

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall women's basketball team has advanced to the second round of the WNIT and will host Princeton University on Sunday, March 23, in Walsh Gymnasium. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Tickets for this game will be available starting at Noon on Friday, March 21.
Upper level reserved and general admission seats will be available for $12, while discounted tickets for seniors (65+) and children (12 and under) are also available in person for $6 each. Lower level general admission Student Section tickets are FREE for all Seton Hall students.
Students will need to show a valid SHU ID card at the Seton Hall Ticket Office to claim their ticket. Ticket prices for all non-SHU students are $4.
Seton Hall is making just its sixth postseason appearance in program history and is in the WNIT for the fourth time; the Hall's last postseason berth prior to this season was in 2007 when they advanced to the second round of the WNIT.
The Pirates beat American, 63-60, in the tournament's opening round in Walsh Gymnasium on Thursday night, and will be hosting back-to-back WNIT games for the first time. Seton Hall's run to the Sweet 16 in 1994 was the last time the program played consecutive postseason games on its home floor.
The Pirates are 3-3 all-time in the WNIT and are looking to advance to the third round for the first time in program history. Their second-round foe Princeton is 21-8 overall and was an automatic WNIT qualifier via its second place finish in the Ivy League. The Tigers ousted VCU, 94-76, in their first round match-up on Thursday night in Princeton.
