Pirates To Host Thanskgiving Classic This Weekend

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. -- The Seton Hall women's basketball team (2-1) continues a season-long five-game homestand this weekend when it plays host to the 2017 SHU Thanskgiving Classic at Walsh Gym. The Pirates will welcome East Carolina (1-3), Jacksonville State (3-1) and Rider (0-4) to South Orange with two games each on Saturday, Nov. 25 and Sunday, Nov. 26. The Pirates kick off the action when they take on Rider at 12 p.m. on Saturday. Both Seton Hall games in the Classic will air live and FREE on the Pirate Sports Network with John Fanta and Sky Lindsay on the call.

In conjunction with the tournament, The Hall is partnering with Community Food Bank of New Jersey for a holiday food drive. Fans that bring a non-perishable food item to any of the four games will receive free admission to the contests. More information can be found at this link.
