RESULTS

Newark, N.J. – Led by senior Jarod Moser (Duncanville, Texas), the Seton Hall men's cross country team finished fourth out of seven competing teams at the 8K NJIT XC Challenge on Saturday at Branch Brook Park.

For Moser, it was his first time this season leading the Pirates after finishing as the second member of the Seton Hall contingent to cross the finish line in each of the first three races. He completed the 8K course in a season-best 26:15 to earn 10th place individually.

Freshman Justin Allone (Holtsville, N.Y.) ran a 26:19 to earn 12th, while junior Ryan McNeilly (Rutherford, N.J.) crossed the finish line in a season-best 27:01 in 20th place.

Looking ahead, the Pirates will compete in the Metropolitan Championship on Friday, Oct. 12 hosted by Fordham in Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx.
