The Seton Hall women's basketball team (14-8, 6-5 BIG EAST) is back in action on Friday night when it travels to Providence (13-10, 5-6 BIG EAST) for a crucial conference tilt. Action is set for 7 p.m. from PC's Alumni Hall and will air on the BIG EAST Digital network via the FOX Sports app. As always, the contest will be available over the air on WSOU, 89.5 FM.Â
The Pirates enter the weekend with a one-game lead on the Friars in the league standings and could secure a massive tiebreaker with PC by sweeping the regular season series. The Hall is coming off an impressive 21-point win over Butler on Sunday, while PC dropped a tight one at Georgetown. The game in Rhode Island marks the start of five of seven away from home for the Pirates to conclude the regular season.Â
