Espinoza-Hunter Again Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

The graduate standout had a double-double in the Pirates' only game last week, a win over Lehigh.
NEW YORK – For the second straight week, Seton Hall graduate student Andra Espinoza-Hunter (Ossining, N.Y.) was named to the BIG EAST Women's Basketball Weekly Honor Roll on Monday.

Espinoza-Hunter erupted for her second career double-double with team-highs of 22 points and 10 rebounds in Seton Hall's victory over Lehigh on Tuesday. Espinoza-Hunter again displayed her long-distance prowess, connecting on 4-of-8 shoots from beyond the three-point arc. She also had two assists and a steal. So far this season, Espinoza-Hunter has reached at least 20 points in all three contests and now has 10 20-point games in only 20 games in a Pirate uniform.

Xavier's Nia Clark was named BIG EAST Player of the Week. DePaul's Aneesah Morrow was named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week. In addition to Espinoza-Hunter, members of the Weekly Honor Roll include Connecticut's Christyn Williams, DePaul's Lexi Held, St. John's Kadaja Bailey and Villanova's Lior Garzon.

Seton Hall will return to action on Thanksgiving when it takes on USC as part of the Cancun Challenge in Mexico. Tip time is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. ET.Â
