South Orange, N.J. -Â Coming off a 2-0-0 week and a 6-0-0 start to the season, the Seton Hall men's soccer team is ranked No. 8 in the nation in the Sept. 17 United Soccer Coaches top-25.
This is the second-highest ranking the team has achieved during head coach Andreas Lindberg's seven seasons at Seton Hall. This is the Pirates' highest ranking in the poll since the team was ranked No. 6 ranking in the April 20, 2021, edition of the rankings.
Their ranking is the highest they have held during a non-abbreviated season since the 2002 season when they received the No. 6 spot in the September 2, 2002 poll.
With this ranking, the men's soccer roster now has earned seven top-ten rankings in the history of the United Soccer Coaches top-25.
