2021: Started fourteen matches as The Hall's primary netminder... Made 40 saves with five win and three shutouts to his credit... Picked up the shutout with two saves in the season-opener against Temple (8/26)... Made six saves on his way to a victory over Delaware (8/30)... Named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for his play in matches against Temple and Delaware (8/31)... Stop four shots and got the win against NC State (9/3)... Had five saves in the win over NJIT (9/10)... Stopped four shots in a victory against Army (9/14)... Made a season-high seven saves in the setback against No. 1 Georgetown (10/6)... Picked up the shutout victory over DePaul (10/13)... Earned his second consecutive clean sheet with two saves at St. John's (10/16)... Named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll (10/18)... 2020-21: Played in fifteen matches starting fourteen of them... Had the second lowest Goals Against Average for a single season in Seton Hall history at 0.85 in 1375 minutes in net... Picked up his first win and shutout of the year against La Salle (2/20) with five saves... Had a combined shutout in the win over Fairleigh Dickinson (2/24)... Earned the shutout victory over St. John's (2/27)... Picked up two consecutive shutouts over BIG EAST foes UConn (3/6) and Villanova (3/10) making a combined five saves in the process... Named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll three consecutive weeks (3/8, 3/15, 3/22)... Against UConn (3/27), picked up his fifth shutout and sixth win on the campaign... Made six saves in the BIG EAST Semifinal win over No. 17 Marquette... With his team up 2-1 late, Nota saved a Georgetown PK to preserve the lead and ultimately the BIG EAST Championship in the Final against No. 2 Georgetown... Named to the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team... In penalty kicks against Virginia Tech in the NCAA Tournament Round of 16, Nota stopped two Hokie PKs before calling his own number to take and make the game-winning penalty and advance the Pirates to their second NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals in program history and first since 1988... Named to the All-BIG EAST Second Team... Part of the 2020 BIG EAST Championship team... Named Seton Hall's Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
2019: Named Seton Hall's Junior Scholar-Athlete of the Year... BIG EAST Sports Excellence Award nominee... Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma National Scholar Athlete Honor Society... Played and started all 16 matches as the Pirates' goalkeeper... Tied for fourth in the BIG EAST with 74 saves and 4.56 saves per game... Allowed 21 goals for a 1.29 goals against average... Had a .779 save percentage, which ranked sixth in the BIG EAST... Notched two shutouts... Held No. 4 St. John's to just one goal in a 1-1 draw on Oct. 26... Made a career-high 11 saves against Butler on Oct. 19... Named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Oct. 7... Shut out Creighton on Oct. 4... Recorded a shutout in Seton Hall's 6-0 season-opening victory against Central Connecticut State on Aug. 30... Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team.
2018: Started 14 matches in goal and played all 1,333 minutes of those contests...finished the season with a 1.15 GAA and a .770 save percentage...ranked among the BIG EAST leaders with 57 total saves...recorded three shutouts...posted a career-high seven saves at Delaware (Sept. 1)...had five-save shutouts against both Hofstra (Sept. 6) and NJIT (Oct. 16)...made two saves for a BIG EAST clean sheet against Marquette (Sept. 22).
Before SHU: Spent the 2017 season at Campbellsville University in the NAIA…was a Third Team NCCAA All-American with the Tigers…played in all 21 contests for a squad that reached the NCCAA Semifinal…held a 14-5-1 record with seven shutouts…made a total of 77 saves with an .811 save percentage and a 0.92 GAA...also grew up aspart of teh A.S. Roma team in Italy.
