The Hall Faces Tough Test With Creighton on Sunday

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. -- Continuing a season-long four-game home swing, the Seton Hall women's basketball team (9-10, 2-6 BIG EAST) faces a stiff challenge on Sunday when preseason BIG EAST co-favorite Creighton (13-5, 7-1 BIG EAST) visits Walsh Gymnasium. Tip-off is set for 11 a.m. on the BIG EAST Digital Network and FOX Sports GO app with Jay Alter and David Gass on the call.Â
The Hall is coming off a 55-43 victory over Providence on Friday night, getting a career-high 18 points from Deja Winters (Richmond Heights, Ohio) to help snap a six-game skid. The Bluejays are receiving votes in the national polls and have won four-straight, most recently picking up a 55-43 win of their own on Friday night at St. John's. The contest will also serve as a rematch of the 2016 BIG EAST Semifinals, an upset victory for the seven-seed Bluejays over the third-seeded Pirates.Â
