SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Seton Hall men's soccer team (5-5-2, 1-4-1 BIG EAST) dropped a 4-0 decision to Georgetown (8-3-3, 4-1-1 BIG EAST) on a beautiful Saturday afternoon at Owen T. Carroll Field. As part of the Seton Hall Weekend festivities, the Pirates honored the 30^th anniversary of the 1988 BIG EAST Championship squad at halftime of the setback.

The Hoyas struck early with a goal in the seventh minute, then withstood a Seton Hall surge before capitalizing on a misplay to double their lead late in the first half. Georgetown would go on to tack on a pair of insurance goals in rapid succession just after the hour mark.

38^th – GU – Derek Dodson (7) forced turnover on back-pass near midfield and finished into empty net
