
Pirates Take on La Salle for Home Opener on Saturday

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Seton Hall men's soccer team will play their home opener against La Salle on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.
The location of the game is to be determined due to the continuing impact of the weather. Should the game be moved from Owen T. Carroll Field, the Pirates will look to play at the Red Bulls Training Facility in Whippany, N.J. The location is familiar to the Pirates who played there last season during the renovations to Owen T. Carroll Field.
LAST TIME OUT
The Pirates drew their opening match against NJIT 3-3, on Wednesday. Johannes Pex (Stephansposching, Germany) scored twice in his Seton Hall Debut. Down 3-2 after giving up the go-ahead goal in the 78th minute, CJ Tibbling (Jarna, Sweden) found the back of the net with an equalizer in the 80th minute.
