Gordon racks up a career high eight saves on Sunday
STORRS, Conn. - Sophomore goalkeeper Grace Gordon (Chester Springs, Pa.) registered a career best eight saves and 10 shots were posted as a team but the Seton Hall women's soccer team ultimately fell to Connecticut, 5-0.
Senior Laura Hooper (Watford, England) tied for team lead with three shots, two of which were on goal. Senior Cassy Harrigan (Beaverton, Ore.) also posted three shots on Sunday.
Sophomore Abbie Roberts (Bedfordshire, England), junior Emily Arellano (Wadsworth, Ohio) and senior Dani Brinckman (Glastonbury, Conn.) all played the full 90 minutes on the back line for the Pirates.
The Hall will be back in action on Thursday when they travel to Villanova to take on the Wildcats at 1 p.m.
