Seven Softball Players Named NFCA All-American Scholar Athletes

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. The NFCA honored Seton Hall softball players Kimberley Schweitzer (Syracuse, N.Y.), Caitlin White, Maura Lund (Oak Park, Ill.), Jessica Jones (Tyler Texas), Katie Pierce, Anne Leone, and Akoua Lonergan were honored as NFCA All-American Scholar Athletes for the 2006 season. The NFCA recognizes athletes with a GPA of 3.5 or higher as scholar athletes.
The Pirates are coming off a 29-27 record in 2006 and won consecutive BIG EAST titles in 2004-05. Seton Hall begins its 2007 spring season at the Louisville Slugger Tournament in
