Kotynski Rejoins Men's Soccer Program as Assistant Coach

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. Former men’s soccer captain Victor Kotynski will return to Seton Hall this fall, joining head coach Manfred Schellscheidt’s staff as an assistant coach.  A 2006 graduate, Kotynski played in four NCAA Tournaments as a Pirate and was a member of two teams that finished ranked in the top 25 nationally.

Kotynski has remained an active player since graduating, playing two matches this year with the New York Red Bulls reserve team after spending two months with the Charleston Battery of the “A” League.

Kotynski has developed his coaching skills at several stops, including time with the Arsenal Premier club team, the World Class Soccer Camp, the Jersey Elite Soccer Camp, and Tommy’s European School of Soccer.

In 66 career games for Seton Hall, Kotynski totaled two goals and three assists.  His teams went a combined 43-25-13.
