Michelle Reed Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll

Reed tied the Seton Hall single-record steal mark after swiping three bags in a double-header at Marist on April 9. She tied the mark in just 37 games, and has 16 contests to blow the previous record of 22 away.
The Pirates leadoff batter hit .412 (7-for-17) with four runs scored, four RBI, and five stolen bases in as many attempts in four games. Reed legged out an infield single to give SHU a 2-1 lead in game one at Marist to drive in what proved to be the game-winning run in a 5-1 victory. In game two of the series against the Red Foxes she was 2-for-4 with three runs scored in a 9-5 triumph.
