Softball Weekend Schedule Adjusted

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Due to travel difficulties encountered by Butler University, the weekend series between the Pirates and Bulldogs has been adjusted. The teams will now meet for a single game on Saturday, April 26, starting at 1 p.m., and will play a doubleheader on Sunday, April 27, starting at 12 p.m., with the series finale to begin at approximately 2:30 p.m.
The Pirates will still celebrate Senior Day prior to first pitch on Saturday as Seton Hall recognizes its three members of the Class of 2014: Maria DeLuca, Meredith Henze and Jen Metzger.
This series will have series implications on the race for a berth in the BIG EAST Tournament. Seton Hall is currently tied for second place in the conference standings, but leads Butler by just half a game with six regular season contests remaining.
