Pirates Host Providence On Saturday Afternoon

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – The Seton Hall men's soccer team (3-8-1, 1-3-0 BIG EAST) returns to Owen T. Carroll Field for a conference match-up with Providence (7-5-0, 2-2-0) on Saturday afternoon. Kick-off is set for 1 p.m. and will air live and FREE on the Pirate Sports Network.
The Pirates will return to the pitch on Saturday after last playing on Oct. 8 at DePaul, dropping a 2-1 decision despite Andres Arcila (Cartagena, Colombia) scoring his team-high sixth goal of the year. Providence is coming off a 3-1 victory over Villanova in its last outing behind two goals and an assist from Julian Gressel.
Prior to Saturday's match, The Hall will honor the 25th and 30th anniversaries of BIG EAST championship teams from the 1986 and 1991 seasons. Members of those squads will be in attendance for a special ceremony.
