Pirates Visit DePaul On Saturday

CHICAGO – Three huge BIG EAST points are on the line in the Windy City this weekend when the Seton Hall men's soccer team (4-3-1, 1-2-0 BIG EAST) takes on DePaul (4-6-0, 1-2-0 BIG EAST) at Wish Field. Kick-off on Saturday afternoon is set for 2 p.m. (ET) with the contest airing on the BIG EAST Digital Network and the FOX Sports mobile app.

The Pirates are coming off a hard-fought setback at Creighton last Saturday, taking the No. 9 Bluejays to the brink before an 84^th minute goal in a 1-0 defeat. DePaul is also coming off a 1-0 road setback last weekend, falling at Villanova on Sept. 29.

The Pirates are led offensively this season by explosive freshman CJ Tibbling (Järna, Sweden), who ranks eighth in the BIG EAST with a team-best four goals
Andreas Nota (Rome, Italy) is coming off a six-save performance at Creighton earn his second BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll nod of the season
Junior Carlton McKenzie (Birmingham, England) joins Tibbling up top and is primed to add on to his two goals this season, currently leading the BIG EAST with 4.12 shots per game
Center backs David Arvidsson (Gothenburg, Sweden) and Love Fredriksson (Angelholm, Sweden) have partnered in front of Nota to help The Hall rank second in the conference in fewest goals allowed
Nota has played every minute in goal and holds a 0.95 GAA and an .810 save percentage

DUELING DEPAUL

The Pirates are 2-5-1 all-time against DePaul in a series dating back to 2005
Last season The Hall notched a 2-1 victory against DPU in South Orange with goals from Andres Arcila and Lukas Pangonis
Each of the last three meeting between the Pirates and Blue Demons have been decided by one goal, with six of the eight all-time meetings coming down to one goal or fewer
