FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Seton Hall men's soccer team (3-2-1) rallied from a goal down to pick up a 2-1 victory at Sacred Heart (1-5-1) on Wednesday afternoon at Park Ave Field. Nico Andersen (Odense, Denmark) had a three-point day for the Pirates, scoring the equalizing goal late in the first half and later notching an assist on the game-winner from JP Marin (Briwrwood, N.Y.).
Despite early dominance in shot totals from the Pirates, Sacred Heart converted a corner kick for a goal in the 29th minute to take a 1-0 lead. The Hall answered less than 10 minutes later with Andersen's first goal as a Pirate to level the score at 1-1 heading into halftime.
Turning Point
The Pirates went to the break tied despite a commanding 14-5 edge in shots during the first half, but it did not take long into the second frame to break the deadlock. Marin took a feed from Andersen and punched home the go-ahead goal in the 55th minute, giving the Pirates a 2-1 lead they would not relent.

Seton Hall – 36th – Andersen (1) took through-ball from Martin Storesund (2) and finished
