Since this would have been Seton Hall's graduation month, we will highlight our seniors as part of our "May Senior Spotlight Series." Powered by Under Armour, we engaged select seniors with a little question and answer session about their time at The Hall.   Â
MELODY TAAL
TENNIS
Melody Taal (Ede, Netherlands) has enjoyed a fantastic four years at Seton Hall both on and off the court. She was a major contributor to the Pirates as a freshman, helping the team reach the BIG EAST semifinals for the first time in over a decade. She then developed into a consistent winner at No. 3 singles, where she dominated during her junior season in 2018-19 with a 13-4 dual match record. She was especially strong against BIG EAST competition with a 7-2 mark.

Off the court, Taal is a three-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic team and three time member of the ITA All-Academic team as well as a Chi Alpha Sigma inductee. She has been a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and involved in many community service projects.

A:Â Reaching the semifinals of the BIG EAST Tournament in my freshman year

A:Â Sushi and breakfast sandwiches from Miss V
