May Senior Spotlight Series: Darby Pandolfo

Since this would have been Seton Hall's graduation month, we will highlight our seniors as part of our "May Senior Spotlight Series." Powered by Under Armour, we engaged select seniors with a little question and answer session about their time at The Hall.

SOFTBALL

Darby Pandolfo was off to a strong senior season for the Seton Hall softball team following a second-team All-BIG EAST campaign as a junior. She started and played in all 24 games for the Pirates where she hit .292 with three home runs and 17 RBI. The Massapequa, N.Y., native has started in 145 career games with 30 doubles, 17 home runs and 69 RBI.

Off the field, Pandolfo is a three-time member of the BIG EAST All-Academic Team and was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma National Scholar-Athlete Honor Society.

Q: What's your favorite memory competing for your team?
A: My junior year we played our last games at Creighton. We went back and forth in every game and I hit three home runs and we won the series.

Q: What's your favorite meal at "The Cafe?"
A: Definitely Caf Sushi

Q: Who's the teammate you'll most remember?
A: Mo Sobel

Q: Who was your favorite Professor?
A: Christine Krus

Q: What is the BIG EAST Team you wanted to defeat the most?
A: Villanova

Q: What will you miss the most?
A: My roommates

Q: What WON'T you miss?
A: Being delayed and spending the day in Newark Airport (or really any airport)

Q: What's your favorite Seton Hall team to watch (not your own)?
A: Men's Basketball

Q: Will you ever step on the green's seal after graduation?
A: Yes! Already done:)
