Resch Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

NEW YORK - Coming off a week where the No. 15 Seton Hall Pirates held Marquette scoreless to earn their first BIG EAST win of the season, junior Agustin Resch (Arata, Argentina) has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the conference office announced Monday.
Resch was at the center of a defense that weathered the storm of an explosive Marquette attack featuring Mitar Mitrovic. The Golden Eagles push down the center of the defense saw led Resch to be heavily involved this week compared to prior weeks against teams with more wing-centered attacks. He shut down multiple corner and free kicks for the Pirates, helping the Pirates secure the 1-0 victory in their home opener.
The Pirates will travel tomorrow to Stony Brook, New York, to play against the Seawolves at LaValle Stadium. Game time is scheduled for 6:31 p.m.
