Pirates Return Home to Host Lehigh

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – After the holiday weekend, the Seton Hall men's soccer team (2-1-1) will return to South Orange to play host to the Lehigh Mountain Hawks (0-2-2) on Tuesday, September 8.

Match time is scheduled for 7 p.m. and will be broadcast live on ESPN+.

LAST TIME OUT

The Seton Hall men's soccer team headed down to Yurack Field is Piscataway, New Jersey, to take on the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (1-2-1) in the latest edition of the Garden State Derby.
The two sides battled to a halftime stalemate, reaching the midpoint with three shots and two saves each. Mere minutes into the second half, the Pirates drew a penalty kick and looked to take the lead. In an act of redemption for his first career miss last weekend, Til Kauschke drilled the ball into the bottom right corner to give Seton Hall a 1-0 lead. As the half wore on and the tension rocketed up, the Pirates' defense stepped up when it was needed most. Amid a flurry of shots in the final ten minutes, goalkeeper Devin Armstrong made two key saves to preserve The Hall's second win of the season.

Lehigh heads into this match coming off a pair of draws against Fairfield and UMBC.
