Solodkin joins the Pirate staff as a Volunteer Assistant Coach in August 2021. Solodkin played his collegiate ball at William Patterson where he appeared in 91 games over four years for the Pioneers. Primarily a catcher, Solodkin was a solid player behind the plate developing his catching knowledge and experience.

For the past six year, Solodkin has been coaching travel ball with the New Jersey Fight. In addition, Solodkin also has experience coaching Millburn High School in New Jersey as well as Montclair State University. Â Â
Solodkin is a Millburn High School graduate with a bachelor’s degree in physical education from William Paterson in 2018.
