
Golf Ties for Sixth at Rutgers Invitational

PISCATAWAY, N.J. - The Seton Hall golf team tied for sixth place at the Rutgers Invitational. The Pirates, who won the event last fall, shot a team score of 302 on Saturday. Senior Kyle Morris (Powell, Ohio) tied for fourth place after shooting a +1 (72) in the final round.
Junior John Zur (Glenview, Ill.) finished tied for 28th after shooting a +5 (76) on the day. Sophomore Ryan Castanet (McDonald, Pa.) scored a +8 (79), as he tied for 40th. Freshman Colin Van Es (Granger, Ill.) tied for 40th after shooting +4 (75). Senior Richard Brazeau (Portsmouth, N.H.) was forced to withdraw from the competition.
Seton Hall returns to action at the McLaughlin on Sept. 21-22.
