Anthony Pacillo Named ECAC Pitcher of the Week

CENTERVILLE, MASS. - Sophomore Anthony Pacillo (Lyndhurst, N.J.) was named Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Pitcher of the Week on Tuesday.
Pacillo improved to 3-2 on the season with his first career complete-game shutout on Tuesday at Monmouth. The left-hander went the distance and gave up just three hits while striking out seven batters and walking only one in arguably the most-dominant performance of his young career. With the performance, Pacillo lowered his season earned run average to 3.14.
Pacillo and the Pirates will return to action on Wednesday, April 29 when they travel to Saint Peter's for a mid-week non-conference game. First pitch is scheduled for 3:30 p.m.
