The Hall heads To UMass Lowell On Friday Night

LOWELL, Mass. – After an opening weekend split the Seton Hall men's soccer team (1-1-0) returns to action to visit UMass Lowell (2-0-0) on Friday night. Kick-off from UML's Cushing Field is set for 7 p.m.
The Pirates won the lone meeting with the River Hawks in the history of each program, a 2-0 victory in South Orange in 2014. The Hall scored twice in the second half to support a five-save shutout from Julian Spindler (Weiserbach, Germany) on Aug. 31, 2014.
The Hall opened its 78th campaign last weekend with a 3-1 victory at Saint Peter's (Aug. 26) before a 2-0 setback to Stony Brook (Aug. 28) in the home opener. Andres Arcila (Cartagena, Colombia) tallied twice at SPU and Danny Bartok (Union, N.J.) netted a first-half winner.

Following the trip to Massachusetts, the Pirates return home for a quick two-game home stretch. First up is a showdown with Pennsylvania on Monday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m.
