What Happened:
Seton Hall scored early and often against Bucknell, striking for runs in each of the first four innings. With one out in the bottom of the first inning, Del Castillo tripled to right-center field. After a walk by Casey Dana (Montgomery, N.Y.), Toke singled home Del Castillo with the game's first run. Freshman Alex Clyde (Old Tappan, N.J.) followed with a single of his own to score Dana. With two outs in the bottom of the second, Tyler Shedler-McAvoy (Allendale, N.J.) walked, and Del Castillo followed with a two-run home run to extend The Hall's lead to 4-0.
Toke led off the third inning with a solo home run, his second of the season, to put The Hall up by five runs. Three more Pirate hits led to two more runs in the bottom of the fourth to put them up, 7-0.
After Bucknell got a run back in the top of the seventh inning, The Hall put the game away in the bottom of the inning. The Pirates erupted for five runs and sent 10 men to the plate to take a commanding 12-1 advantage.
