Shutout Powers Resch, Molina to BIG EAST Honors

NEW YORK, N.Y. – Senior defender Agustin Resch (Arata, Argentina) and Matias Molina (Rosario, Argentina) landed on the Weekly Honor Roll, the conference announced Monday.

Molina, with the help of the Pirates' backline, registered his sixth clean sheet of the season, along with a career-high six saves, in a 0-0 draw against No. 14 Georgetown. With the clean sheet, the Argentinian lowered his GAA this season to 0.80, while his career GAA dropped to 0.82.

In front of Molina, Resch played a key role along the backline that helped Molina to the clean sheet. As the centerpiece of The Hall's defense, he helped hold Zach Zengue, who sat third in the nation with nine goals, to only two shots.
Seton Hall will play next on Tuesday, October 7, when the FIU Panthers visit South Orange. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+ with the opening kick set for 6:56 p.m. EST.
