2023: All-BIG EAST First Team ... Had a career year as a redshirt junior while splitting time at designated hitter and catcher ... Led Seton Hall with a career-best 11 home runs, the most by a Pirate since 2000 when Alfie Critelli hit 14 home runs ... Led the Pirates in home runs for the second consecutive season ... Ranked second on the team in slugging percentage (.516), RBI (43) and total bases (98) ... Led the BIG EAST with a .742 slugging percentage in conference play ... Slashed to a .258 batting average, while also recording 17 hits, with eight being for extra bases, 15 RBIs, and 11 runs scored… Terrific in his two appearances against Florida (3/12-3/13), recording three hits in six plate appearances with three walks, while scoring and driving in a run… Hit his first career homer run against Oklahoma State (3/19), in which he went 1-3 with a three-run home run… The catalyst in Seton Hall’s victory over Wagner (3/30), going 2-2 with two walks, a home run, two runs batted in, and two runs scored… Terrific in the rubber game victory over Xavier (4/10), going 2-5 with two runs scored and two runs batted in… Was the hero against Villanova (5/14), recording two hits in four plate appearances, including two runs scored and a walk-off three-run home run.
