
Seton Hall Falls at Rutgers Penta-Meet

Piscataway, N.J. – The Seton Hall women's swimming & diving team was upended by Rutgers, Villanova, Georgetown and Pittsburgh, as the Rutgers Penta-Meet concluded on Saturday afternoon.
Freshman Marianne Molloy (Toms River, N.J.) finished seventh in the 100 back with a time of 58.10, while senior Sydney Simpson (Tallahassee, Fla.) took seventh in the 100 breast after touching the wall in 1:06.47.
Sophomore Jillian Calocino (Maywood, N.J.) swam a 2:08.86 in the 200 fly to place 12th, and right behind her was Molloy with a time of 2:09.28. Calocino also finished 10th in the 1000 free after touching the wall in 10:39.22.
In the 3-meter dive, freshman Taylor Jackson (Thornton, Colo.) posted a score of 251.55 to finish fifth.
Up next, the Pirates ramp up for the Patriot Invitational Nov. 16-18 at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.
