
Borg Tallies In No. 23 Pirates' Tie At Harvard, 1-1

Cambridge Mass. – Despite scoring early in the first half on a goal by Andrea Borg (Sliema, Malta), the No. 23 Seton Hall men's soccer team conceded a late tally as the Pirates (3-1-1) drew against the Harvard Crimson, 1-1, on Saturday evening.
The game, which was scheduled for 5 p.m., didn't kick off until 7:20 p.m. due lightning in the area.
How it Happened
Seton Hall quickly took possession of the ball, scoring in the first 10 minutes of the match. After a long pass on the field, Sam Bjork (Huskvarna, Sweden) would take deep into the corner and kick it towards the goal. As Harvard's goalkeeper, Lucian Wood tried to collect the ball, Andrea Borg (Sliema, Malta) saw his chance and scored on the loose ball.
The rest of the first half and going into the second, the game would be a tug of war for possession of the ball. Seton Hall's goalkeeper, Mats Roorda (Groningen, Netherlands) would make 8 saves throughout this time.
In the last minute of gameplay, Harvard's Nik White would score off the last free kick of the game. This goal would make the game 1-1, leaving them with a draw.
