PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - Junior Ryan Ramiz (Freehold, N.J.) had four of an 18-hit barrage by the Seton Hall baseball team in a 9-1 victory at Villanova on Friday.

Seton Hall scored nine runs for a second straight game and scored in all but three innings against Villanova.

The Wildcats took advantage of some wildness by Seton Hall starter Chris Morris (Matawan, N.J.) in the bottom of the first inning and scored the game's first run.

Turning Point:
The Pirates however, took little time in striking back offensively, and used a two-out rally to put up a three-spot in the top of the second. With two down, Mike Alescio (Fair Haven, N.J.) and Sebastiano Santorelli (Staten Island, N.Y.) drew back-to-back walks. Senior Mike Caputo (Morganville, N.J.) followed with a double to left-center field, which cleared the bases and gave The Hall a 2-1 lead. Senior Jackson Martin (Collegeville, Pa.) followed with an RBI single to left field to extend the advantage to 3-1.
