FORT WORTH, TEXAS – The Seton Hall baseball team dropped a pitchers' duel at No. 19 TCU in a seven-inning game one of a doubleheader, 5-1, on Friday. Junior Ricky DeVito (Staten Island, N.Y.) allowed only one run over the game's first five innings until TCU broke the game open late.
Leading 1-0, the Horned Frogs struck for four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to provide all the necessary insurance.

The Hall's offense was only able to muster a pair of hits off TCU starter Nick Lodolo. Casey Dana (Montgomery, N.Y.) and Tyler Shedler-McAvoy (Allendale, N.J.) had singles for The Hall. Freshman Steve Grober (Hillsborough, N.J.) drove in the Pirates' lone run with a sacrifice fly.
