
Women's Soccer Opens 2006 Home Season

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J.-- The Seton Hall women's soccer team opens up its 2006 home schedule on Friday. The Pirates will host Monmouth at 3:00 p.m. at New Jersey Institute of Technology's Lubetkin field. The game was originally scheduled to be played at Seton Hall's Owen T. Carroll field, but had to be moved due the field being under construction.
The Pirates enter the game with a 1-1 record, after defeated Iona 3-0 on Friday, Aug. 25, and falling to Delaware 4-1, on Sunday, Aug 27. Monmouth is 1-0, having defeated Albany 5-1 on Aug. 27 in its season opener.
Seton Hall will host Fordham on Sunday, Sept. 3, at NJIT's Lubetkin Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
