
Women's Soccer Announces 2010 Schedule

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall women's soccer program has set its 2010 regular season schedule for the upcoming fall. The Pirates 17th season will kick off with a four-game road trip beginning on Sunday, August 22 at Fordham. Their home opener is scheduled for Wednesday, September 8 against Maryland.
After Fordham, the team will play at Fairleigh Dickinson on August 29 and Princeton on September 5. The Pirates will travel to Hamilton, N.Y. to play Colgate and Cornell in the Colgate Tournament on September 10 and 12.
Following the Maryland game, the Pirates will face Monmouth on Saturday, September 11 before beginning the 2010 BIG EAST schedule with a match-up against in-state rival Rutgers on Friday, September 17. They will complete the non-conference schedule when they host SUNY Binghamton on Friday, September 20.
Head coach Kazbek Tambi, who is entering his fourth season, will lead his team through a home conference schedule that includes, Villanova, Providence, Connecticut, Louisville, and Cincinnati, and a road schedule of Georgetown, Notre Dame, DePaul, St. John's, and Syracuse.
