Women's Soccer Picked Eighth In BIG EAST Preseason Poll

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - The Seton Hall women's soccer team was picked to finish eighth in the National Division of the BIG EAST Women's Soccer Preseason Coaches' Poll released by the conference office. Defending conference champions Notre Dame finished first in the National Division with 119 points, while conference championship runner-up Marquette received 108 points to earn first place in the American Division.
Notre Dame's junior forward Melissa Henderson was named BIG EAST Preseason Offensive Player of the Year, while Fighting Irish teammates Jessica Schuveiller and Lauran Fowlkes were voted Co-Defensive Players of the Year. Natalie Kulla, a junior from Marquette, was named BIG EAST Preseason Goalkeeper of the Year.
