Email: margueritte.ferrell@shu.edu Marguerite Ferrell is in her first season as an assistant coach for the Seton Hall University women[apos]s soccer team. Ferrell was a First-Team All-Northeast Conference player at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has previous coaching stints with her alma mater and the NJ Wildcats of the USL W-League. She is currently the Coach Operations Manager for Red Bulls NY. For six years Ferrell was an assistant coach at FDU, aiding the Knights with all aspects of team management. She helped organize and schedule practice, team meetings and season schedules. Additionally Ferrell was responsible for administrative duties such as managing the team budget, recruiting efforts and organizing and executing community outreach initiatives. Ferrell was also a field player and coach for the NJ Wildcats from 2006-11, serving as an assistant coach and team captain from 2009-11. She undertook general team and USL W-League administrative duties and implemented team workouts and fitness programs and coaching strategies. In her current position with Red Bulls NY she is responsible for a wide array of administrative functions with duties that range from coach evaluation to game day staff management. Ferrell was one of the most productive field players in Fairleigh Dickinson women[apos]s soccer history and still ranks second all-time with 45 points and 19 goals. She was named the NEC Freshman of the Week during the 2002 season and went on to earn First-Team All-NEC accolades after tallying eight goals and 17 points during her senior season. Ferrell played her prep soccer at Rahway High School where she was a three-time All-State and All-County honoree. She graduated from FDU in 2006 with a bachelor[apos]s degree in liberal arts and earned her master[apos]s in public administration from FDU in 2010.
